By Shawn Rice
Quizz Swanigan and Felicia Temple battled it out on The Voice in a duet of “Titanium” by David Guetta featuring Sia. In the end, Alicia Keys chose Quizz to stay on her team. Alicia said that they both succeeded in an incredible way. But, Blake Shelton stole Felicia because there is no reason that she could not win this contestant.
In their practice, DJ Khaled said that Felicia is an amazing singer and noted how Alicia was pushing Quizz. DJ wanted some of the strong parts to also be moved over to another spot on the song. DJ said they needed to find a way as they will inspire others.
Gwen Stefani said Quizz had an uniqueness to his voice and that Felicia had warmth in her voice. Gwen went with Quizz because he is young. Adam Levine said the only thing Felicia does not have going for her is that she is not 13. Blake Shelton said Quizz is going to be constantly reminded that he is young. Blake could not say enough about Felicia’s voice. He sound that hers is a more developed voice.

During the battle rounds, the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other to sing the same song together in front of a studio audience.
