Tom Brady’s stolen Super Bowl game jersey has been found six weeks after it first went missing. The New England Patriots quarterback’s jersey, which went missing after Super Bowl 51, was found in Mexico.

According to ESPN, the jersey was found in the possession of an unidentified member of the international media. Brady’s jersey from Super Bowl 49 was also recovered through the FBI-led investigation. The jerseys “were found in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media,” the NFL’s statement said.

Soon after the New England Patriots’ historic win over the Atlanta Falcons, Brady noticed the white #12 jersey was missing from the locker room. Brady jokingly shared his own list of suspects last month, which included halftime show performer Lady Gaga and “The Lord of the Rings” character Gollum. Social media sarcastically quipped that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was behind #JerseyGate.

The jersey’s value was estimated at $500,000. Many predicted that the jersey would end up on eBay. When Brady told Patriots team owner Robert Kraft after their victory that his jersey was stolen, Kraft even said, “You better look online.”
